In these Terms, “OLYREL,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the OLYREL store operator, and “you” means the person using the website or placing an order. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you to use this website. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity carried out through your account. Please provide accurate, current information and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Products and Artwork

OLYREL offers hand-painted artwork made to order. Because each piece is created by hand, small differences in texture, brushwork, color, or finish may occur and are part of the character of the artwork. Product images are provided to help you understand the item; the appearance of colors may also vary between screens and viewing conditions. Product descriptions, options, and availability may be updated from time to time.

4. Orders, Prices, and Payment

Your order is an offer to purchase the selected products. We may accept or decline an order, or contact you to clarify order details, before fulfillment. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not by itself guarantee acceptance if an item, price, or listing contains an error. Prices and promotions are shown at checkout and may change before an order is placed. You authorize the payment method selected at checkout to be charged for the order total shown there.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Taxes

We currently offer free shipping. For orders shipped to the United States, the checkout total includes applicable duties and taxes where shown. For destinations outside the United States, shipping is free, but import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are not included unless checkout expressly says otherwise. Customs processing, carriers, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
