1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the OLYREL website and the services offered through it. In these Terms, “OLYREL,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the OLYREL store operator, and “you” means the person using the website or placing an order. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our applicable store policies.
2. Eligibility and Your Account
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you to use this website. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity carried out through your account. Please provide accurate, current information and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Products and Artwork
OLYREL offers hand-painted artwork made to order. Because each piece is created by hand, small differences in texture, brushwork, color, or finish may occur and are part of the character of the artwork. Product images are provided to help you understand the item; the appearance of colors may also vary between screens and viewing conditions. Product descriptions, options, and availability may be updated from time to time.
4. Orders, Prices, and Payment
Your order is an offer to purchase the selected products. We may accept or decline an order, or contact you to clarify order details, before fulfillment. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not by itself guarantee acceptance if an item, price, or listing contains an error. Prices and promotions are shown at checkout and may change before an order is placed. You authorize the payment method selected at checkout to be charged for the order total shown there.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Taxes
We currently offer free shipping. For orders shipped to the United States, the checkout total includes applicable duties and taxes where shown. For destinations outside the United States, shipping is free, but import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are not included unless checkout expressly says otherwise. Customs processing, carriers, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
6. Returns and Refunds

Unless stated otherwise, the website and its content—including artwork, photographs, text, graphics, logos, and design—belong to OLYREL or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where applicable law does not allow that limitation.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website or your material breach of these Terms, except to the extent those losses were caused by OLYREL.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers, or our legal rights, or to address a breach of these Terms. Terms that by their nature should continue after access ends will continue to apply.
14. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Updates
These Terms of Service and any contracts for purchases from OLYREL are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. We will provide our services in compliance with applicable Hong Kong laws and regulations. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws and rights that apply where you live, the courts of Hong Kong shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchases.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page.
